The Association
New Residents of Lake BonavistaPlease allow us to provide you with some information to ensure you enjoy your new residence to the fullest extent. The Lake Bonavista Homeowners Association Ltd. is a non-profit organization run by a volunteer Board of Directors, who manage the operation and maintenance of the Lake and Park through the Park Superintendent Chris Soby. Access to the park and office is at the southeast corner of Lake Bonavista Promenade Mall parking lot, and during the summer, access is also available directly from Acadia Drive. The operation of the park is funded by an Annual Fee (currently $288.75) due June 30th, levied on each residential property in Lake Bonavista. Photo identification cards are issued to each person in the household that meet the member requirements. The identification cards are validated each year upon payment of the annual fee. Access to the park will not be granted without your photo identification card. Please familiarize yourselves with the Members Rules for the use of the park, lake, tennis courts, etc. We request that you visit the office at your earliest convenience after you move into your new home to obtain your cards and ensure that our records are correct. This request also applies to members who move residences within the community. Information will be printed in the 'Lake Bonavista Bugle' in September regarding our annual meeting which is held in the fall and to which you are invited. Your comments and suggestions are welcomed. PLEASE NOTE: The Lake Bonavista Community Association is a separate organization and provides for planned activities for members of the community. The Recreation Centre, located at 1401 Acadia Drive, contains Ice Rinks, a Gymnasium and Meeting rooms. For more information, please call 403-271-7107 or visit their website at www.lakebonavistacommunity.com thank you.
